  • What measures did you take against Covid19?

Our housekeepers are coming 6 days per week and follow a specific cleaning procedure to disinfect the properties. Mask and hand sanitiser are at your disposal in the property. In order to avoid contact, we provide self check-in via our Guest experience portal. Please read information here about the requirements to visit the island.

  • I am not sure of the final count of my party, what price should I pay?

Please note the prices shown online are for the use of the maximum bedrooms available in the property. If you do not need all bedrooms, we can offer you a lower price. When not sure of the final count, we would recommend choosing the minimum number of bedrooms and we can add more later on if you need.

  • Is the property shared with other people?

The property is totally private for your party. If you book only 4 or 5 bedrooms out of the 6 bedrooms available, the remaining bedrooms will stay locked during your stay. Our villas have private pools. Our condos have common pools that are shared with other residents of the building.

  • Can I rent your property for an event?

We would love to host your event, 2 of our villas have beautiful terraces that can accommodate up to 100 guests. We have a specific contract and pricing for events, please contact us indicating the dates and number of guests expected. We can recommend event planners, florist and private chef for your event.

  • Are your properties accessible with a wheel chair?

Unfortunately, in each of our villas, there are a few steps to access the entrance and/or the bedrooms. Please contact us to check how we can accommodate your needs.

  • Are the properties family friendly ?

Our properties are perfect for families, with privacy and proximity to the beach. At your arrival, we will have some drinks and snacks in the fridge. For young children, we provide crib and high chair for free (upon request). We also have family board games and toys for toddlers. Please note our pools are equipped with an alarm but adult supervision around the pool is needed at all times. May you need babysitting during your stay, we can recommend professional certified baby-sitters. Please let us know the age of your children prior to your arrival and we will send you recommendations of activities.

  • Can I come with my pet?

We do not accept pets in our properties. However, if you have a service dog, please contact us to check how we can accommodate you.

  • I am preparing a surprise (birthday, engagement, etc) for my friend, how can you help me ?

Congratulations! We would love to help you make this day special for your friend. We can have flowers, decorations and cake delivered to the villa and set up for your arrival. We can also recommend a private chef, limo rental, photographer and an event planner. Please check out our list of services we can provide.

  • I have seen a different price for the rental on another website, what is your best price ?

Our properties are also listed on websites such as Airbnb, VRBO, Bookings.com, etc. However, these websites add their service fees to our rate, making the price more expensive for you. You will always get a better rate when you book direct on our website. We often have special offers, you can follow our Facebook page to get our latest offer. We also offer a 10% discount to our repeat guests that are booking directly with us.

  • What is included in the rental price and the taxes ?

The price of the rental includes the use of all amenities of the properties, linens, towels, beach towels, electricity, water, wifi, cable TV, and our guest experience portal.

The taxes are split into 2 categories. A sales tax of 5% is paid to the government. A service fee of 5% is also added to the total price of your stay to pay for the services provided by the crews of the gated community and Azura rentals, such as security, housekeeping (6days/week for villas), pool cleaning twice a week, gardening, maintenance, and reservation/customer service. Unlike other rentals, we do not charge a separate booking fee or housekeeping fee because this is already included in this service fee.

Additional fees apply for extra services such as private chef, personal driver, masseuse, personal coach, breakfast, grocery delivery, airport transfer, or any other services required.

In case you pay by wire transfer, additional bank fees might apply, especially for international transfers.

  • How do I pay for my rental?

Select the properties, enter the dates of your stay and number of guests. You will be asked to pay 50% of the reservation to confirm the booking. You have 2 payment options: by wire transfer or credit card. The currency on our website is US dollars but we also accept Euros.

To pay by wire transfer, click on “Ask a question” and ask for our bank information. Please let us know if you wish to pay in US dollars or Euros. The reservation will be confirmed when we receive the payment, meanwhile the dates will be blocked.

To pay by credit card, click on “Book Now” and enter your card information. The amount shown is in dollars. Once we are notified of your reservation, we will contact you to confirm the currency you would like to use and in order to confirm the payment, we will ask you the 3 digits in the back of the card.
