Simpson Bay is the heart of the touristic activities in Sint Maarten, a few minutes away from the Airport and the famous Maho Beach. Within walking distance, you will find many international restaurants, bars with live music, casinos, shops, and activities. With the marina close by, you are in the best place to enjoy boating events such as the Heineken Regatta.

The apartment is located on top of a Hill. The best is to come by taxi or car rental but it is possible to walk to all amenities in Simpson Bay.
