Villa Surfsong is a Malibu style designer 6-bedroom waterfront villa in Simpson Bay, in The Beacon Hill community. It sleeps 12 guests in 6 bedrooms with each its ensuite bathroom. Simpson Bay beach is about 7 minutes walk minutes away. It is a short 4minute drive from the Princess Juliana Airport in a quiet neighbourhood that is close to the famous plane landing Maho Beach.
Designer style, easy island living
Surfsong pairs a designer spirit with a relaxed, barefoot vibe. Inside, the fully air-conditioned home has two lounge areas, an open-plan kitchen and a dining area seating 12 all opening toward the Caribbean sea.
A deck that feels like your own beach resort
Outside, the deck has lounge chairs, a covered al fresco dining table, a BBQ and an oceanfront pool heated during the winter time. Upstairs, a second deck for the two top-floor bedrooms gives you a quiet lounge with sweeping Caribbean views. It’s the best seat in the house at sunset.
On the water
The villa is on the water so the gentle song of the surf acts as a very realxing soundtrack.

• All 6 bedrooms have a King Size bed, a television connected to the Internet, closet with a safe, Air Condition, En-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
• 2 Main level bedrooms are Oean facing and wo are garden facing. Upstairs, two bedrooms are Ocean facing.
